Resend the authorized representative delegation request
For Qualified Website Authentication Certificates (QWAC) and QWAC PSD2
If needed, resend the "Request to delegate authority for approving EU TLS orders" email to the authorized representative.
Resend the delegation request
In CertCentral Europe, in the left menu, go to Account > Users or Account > Service Users.
On the Users or Service Users page, select the user or service user for which you want to resend the delegation request.
On the user or service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, find the person for whom you submitted the delegation request.
Next to the garbage can icon, select the refresh icon to resend the email.
