Get support during migration

DigiCert Support is available to assist with migration planning, account configuration, and technical issues during your transition to CertCentral. See Contact DigiCert Support.

Notice

Always use the intermediate CA (ICA) certificate file that comes with your TLS certificate. Do not pin or hardcode ICA or root certificates. DigiCert may rotate intermediate CAs, and pinned certificates will cause trust failures.

Reporting after migration

CertCentral provides a Report library for generating customised certificate reports. Use reports to monitor certificate status, expiration timelines, and validation coverage across your account during and after migration.
