Resolve a pending order
Review and complete all outstanding requirements on a pending certificate order to proceed with issuance.
View pending orders
For Enterprise, Partner, and Legacy accounts:
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
Filter the list by Pending status.
Select the order number to open the Order details page.
For Subscription accounts:
In the CertCentral main menu, go to My Digital Trust Products > Certificates.
Filter the list by Pending status.
Select the order number to open the Order details page.
Complete outstanding requirements
From the Order details page, review the Certificate status section under What do you need to do and complete any of the following outstanding steps:
Select or update the DCV method: Select or change the domain control validation method for each domain requiring validation.
Complete domain validation: Follow the selected DCV method steps to validate each domain. See Perform domain control validation (DCV).
Submit the organization for validation: If organization validation is required and not yet complete, submit the organization for OV or EV validation.
Add or confirm verified contacts: For EV TLS/SSL, code signing, and mark certificates, add or confirm a validated verified contact to approve the order.
Approve the certificate request: If administrator approval is required, approve the request from the Requests page.
The certificate remains pending until all required validations and approvals are complete. DigiCert issues the certificate automatically when all conditions are satisfied.
