Complete validation from the Order details page (OV and EV)
After submitting an OV or EV certificate request, complete domain validation from the Order details page for any domains that are not already prevalidated.
Complete validation
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
Select the order number for the certificate request.
On the Order details page, locate the domains listed under domain control validation.
For each domain requiring validation, select the domain link.
In the Prove control over domain window, confirm the selected DCV method or select a different method.
Complete validation using the selected method.
DigiCert validates the domain after detecting the required validation artifact or receiving approval from the domain contact. When all domains are validated, DigiCert proceeds with certificate issuance.
