Signers with eIDAS qualified certificates

All signers with eIDAS qualified certificates upgrading to CertCentral EU in Document Trust Manager are required to follow the steps below:

  1. Verify identity

    You will receive an email with a subject line of Verify your identity. Remote identity verification (RIV) via the IDnow AutoIdent mobile application is required to set up a  Document Trust Manager  account.

  2. Reconfigure two-factor authentication (2FA)

    You will receive an email with a subject line of Sign with your digital ID. Use the QR Code, server link and user ID in the email to reconfigure your Go>Sign Mobile application.   

    To reconfigure Go>Sign Mobile account:

    1. Deregister Go>Sign Mobile account

      1. Open Go>Sign Mobile application on registered mobile device. 

      2. Select the Hamburger icon > Deregister.

    2. Reconfigure Go>Sign Mobile account:

      1. Select the Settings icon > Scan QR Code to scan the QR code in the email. Or manually change the default server link.

      2. Select Save.

      3. Return to the main screen and add new user ID: (For example: xyz@company.com)

    3. Activate digital ID

      1. Enter one-time passwords (OTPs) received via email and text in the Go>Sign Mobile application registration screen.

      2. Select Verify.
