Signers with ZertES certificates

All signers with ZertES certificates upgrading to CertCentral in Document Trust Manager are required to follow the steps below:

  1. Verify identity

    You will receive an email with a subject line of Verify your identity. Remote identity verification (RIV) via the IDnow AutoIdent mobile application is required to set up a  Document Trust Manager account.

  2. Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)

    After successful identity verification, you will receive an email with a subject line of Sign with your digital ID. Scan the QR code in the email to configure 2FA using a mobile authenticator application
