Create your credentials
After a user is created, the user will receive an email with the subject line: Welcome to DigiCert. Use the link in the email to create your password and set up your one-time password (OTP) to access your DigiCert® account.

All DigiCert accounts require two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. This extra layer of protection adds an additional barrier against unauthorized access.
Don't have an authenticator application on your mobile device?
Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download an authenticator application.
Create your DigiCert® account credentials
Follow this procedure to create your password and one-time password (OTP):
Find the Welcome to DigiCert email.
Select Create password.
Enter your preferred Username, then select Next.
Enter a secure password, then select Sign in.
Scan the QR code or enter the secret key provided in your preferred authenticator application, then select Next.
Provide the OTP provided in your authenticator application, then select Verify.
