Update user group

You cannot change your own user group, but you can update the user group of others in your account to adjust their access.

To update a user group

  1. Sign in to your DigiCert account.

  2. In the left menu, select the Access icon.

  3. Hover over the name of the user that you want to update, select the edit icon (✎).

  4. Identify the Groups field, select the user group you want to add from the list.

    To remove the previous user group, select the x next to the name.
