Integration features

Use the ServiceNow app to request certificates from Trust Lifecycle Manager via predefined certificate profiles for users, public servers, or private servers.

ServiceNow users with the Business Owner role can view and approve the certificate requests in ServiceNow. Once approved, certificates can be downloaded and managed from within ServiceNow.

User certificate profiles can be configured to allow end users to download their certificates using the DigiCert Trust Assistant client application.

Optional CMDB integration copies certificates to the configuration management database (CMDB) so you can query, filter, and monitor them in ServiceNow (minimum app version 1.3.0 required).

Issued certificates are always available from the Inventory view in Trust Lifecycle Manager so you can monitor and manage them using the DigiCert ONE suite of tools.
