Remove CertCentral access through DigiCert account

Remove a user's CertCentral access in your DigiCert account when your organisation manages users through centralised identity provisioning.

Before you begin

  • You must have Administrator access in your DigiCert account.

  • Confirm your organisation manages users through DigiCert account. If not, see Delete a user instead.

Notice

Removing CertCentral access retains the user profile and activity in DigiCert account. Access can be restored at any time by reassigning CertCentral in DigiCert account.

Remove CertCentral access

Follow your organisation's DigiCert account administration procedures to remove the user's access to the CertCentral application.

After removal:

  • The user can no longer sign in to CertCentral

  • Historical activity remains associated with the user record in CertCentral
