Update the API secret for your UltraDNS to CertCentral connection
Use these instructions to update the application programming interface (API) secret in your UltraDNS to CertCentral integration.
You can update the API secret for your UltraDNS to CertCentral connection. Resetting the connection in UltraDNS gives you a new API secret. After you enter the new API secret in CertCentral, automatic domain validation continues as before.
Step 1: Reset the connection in UltraDNS
Resetting the CertCentral connection temporarily suspends the connection and provides a new API secret that you need to enter in CertCentral to reactivate your connection.
In your UltraDNS Management Portal, in the left menu, Accounts.
To sign in, go to https://portal.ultradns.com/.
On the Accounts page, select your account.
On the Account Info tab, in the DigiCert CertCentral Connection section, select Reset.
In the Enable DigiCert CertCentral Connection window, select Link.
You should see your Account ID and an API secret.
Select Click to Copy to save these two values.
Save these values in a secure location.
Warning
Important: We show the API secret one time. There’s no way to retrieve a lost API secret. If you lose it, you must generate a new one. Generating a new API secret invalidates the existing one.
Select OK, Saved.
