Resend the authorized representative delegation request
For Qualified Website Authentication Certificates (QWAC), QWAC PSD2, and PKIo Private Services Server certificates
You can resend the delegation request email to the authorized representative if needed. The email subject line is: "Request to delegate authority for approving EU TLS orders."
Resend the delegation request
In CertCentral Europe, in the left menu, go to Account > Users or Account > Service Users.
On the Users or Service Users page, select the user or service user.
On the user or service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, find the authorized representative linked to the request.
Next to the "garbage can" icon, select the "refresh" icon to resend the email.

CertCentral Europe resends the email to the authorized representative, so they can complete the one-time delegation approval.
