Enable a service user

You can re-enable a disabled service user if needed. Once enabled, the service user regains functionality and access to its assigned roles and permissions.

To enable a service user

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.

  3. In the left navigation menu, select Access > Service users.

  4. On the Service users page:

    1. Locate the service user by its Friendly name.

    2. Hover over the friendly name until the More actions (⁝) icon appears.

  5. Select ⁝ > Enable.
