Create a signature or initial
To create a signature in, you can create a signature block, draw your signature, type your signature and select a style, or upload your signature file.
Note
If your organization uses another document signing application, such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign, use that application to create your signature.
In the Managers (
) menu, select Document Trust.In the Document Trust Manager menu (left side), select Documents.
On the Documents page, locate and select the document for which you want to create a signature.
On the Sign Document page, in the My signatures panel (right side), select Create signature.
On the Create signature page, do one of the following to create a signature:
Create a signature block. This option lets you provide more details with your signature, including signer name, location details (country and city), and a note. You can also select the text color and upload a background image for your signature.
In the How do you want to sign dropdown, select Signature block.
Under Location details, provide your country, city, and state or region.
Under Text and background, select a text color.
(Optional) Add a Note and Upload a background image.
When ready, select Create a signature.
Draw your signature.
In the How do you want to sign dropdown, select Draw.
Under Customize, in the Draw box, use your mouse or trackpad to draw your signature.
When ready, select Create signature.
Type your signature.
In the How do you want to sign dropdown, select Type.
Under Customize, in the Type your signature box, type your name.
Select Style 1, 2, 3, or 4.
When ready, select Create signature.
Upload a signature PNG or JPEG file.
In the How do you want to sign dropdown, select Upload.
Under Customize, in the Upload image box, upload your signature image file.
Note
Document Trust Manager only supports JPEG and PNG signature files. Maximum file size: 100KB.
When ready, select Create image.
Create initial
To create an initial in Document Trust Manager, you can create a type your initial or draw your initial.
Type your initial
In the Initial type dropdown, select Type.
Under Background, select a background color.
Select Style 1, 2, 3, or 4.
When ready, select Save.
Draw your initial
In the Initial type dropdown, select Draw.
Under Background, select a background color.
In the Draw box, use your mouse or trackpad to draw your signature.
When ready, select Save.
