All users can update their own username.
Tip
If you account is transitioned to DigiCert® account, our new single login experience and your username already exists in DigiCert account, you may receive the following error:

Unable to link user
Another user exists with the same username.
Solution
Follow the instructions below to change your username.
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > Admin Profile.
On the Admin page, select the Edit icon.
In the Username field, change your username.
Select Update profile.
