Update your username

All users can update their own username.

Tip

If you account is transitioned to DigiCert​​®​​ account, our new single login experience and your username already exists in DigiCert account, you may receive the following error:

Unable to link user
Another user exists with the same username.

Solution

Follow the instructions below to change your username.

To update your username

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > Admin Profile.

  3. On the Admin page, select the Edit icon.

  4. In the Username field, change your username.

  5. Select Update profile.
