View your account details

This guide explains how both account administrators and account users can view account details in their DigiCert​​®​​ account.

Tip

If you’re an account user, you can view your account name and friendly ID.

To view account details

  1. In DigiCert​​®​​ account, select the Accounts icon.

  2. The account overview is split into five main sections:

    1. Account ID

      A unique identifier for your account, especially useful if you manage multiple accounts with similar names.

    2. Account details

      1. Account name

        Your organization’s name.

      2. Friendly ID

        A shorter version of your account ID.

      3. Language

        The default language for the account.

    3. Services

      A list of all services enabled for your account. Select to view more details.

    4. Sign in methods

      Lists all sign in methods currently enabled for your account. Select to update.

    5. Users

      Displays the number of users in your account. Select to view, add, or update users.

To view account name and ID

  1. In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > View my user details.

  2. In the Account access section, identify your:

    1. Account name

      Your organization’s name.

    2. Friendly ID

      A shorter version of your account ID.
