Confirm your username
If you’ve forgotten your DigiCert username, follow these steps to retrieve it. We send your username to the email address linked with your account.
To confirm your username
Navigate to the sign in workflow for DigiCert account.
On the screen requesting your username, select Forgot username?
Provide the email address linked to your username.
Select Request username.
Note
If there are any DigiCert usernames linked to the email address you provided in step 3, these usernames are sent to the email address provided.
