Create a corporate or technical contact

After creating an organization, add the organization's corporate and technical contacts for business and support communications with DigiCert.

To create organization contacts

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. In the Managers (grid icon) menu, select Account.

  3. In the Account menu, go to Organizations.

  4. On the Organizations page, in the Name column, select the organization name.

  5. On the Organization details page, in the Contacts section, select Add contact.

  6. On the Add new contact page, add the contact's information:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Email

    4. Optional: Type

      Select Corporate or Technical contact.

    5. Optional: Job title

    6. Optional: Phone number

  7. Select Create.
