Confirm your username

If you’ve forgotten your DigiCert username, follow these steps to retrieve it. We send your username to the email address linked with your account.

To confirm your username

  1. Go to the DigiCert ONE sign in page.

  2. On the screen requesting your username, select Forgot username?

  3. Provide the email address linked to your username.

  4. Select Submit.

Note

Any usernames linked to the email address you provided in step 3 are sent to the email address provided.
