View alert activity

Use the Activity page to view alerts that have been triggered and the message status for each triggered alert. Alert details include when the alert was triggered, where the alert message was sent, and the message details.

View alert activity

  1. Sign into your DigiCert application and go to the alerts tool.

    • Trust Lifecyle Manager: Policies > Alerts

  2. Select the Activity tab. The page shows the most recent alerts that have been triggered.

  3. Browse, filter, or find a specific alert to view.

  4. Review the Status for an alert to determine if the alert message included any failed or incomplete deliveries.

    • Delivered—Message sent successfully and delivery confirmed for all destinations and recipients

    • Sent (email only)—Message sent successfully but unable to confirm if delivered to recipient

    • Partial delivery—Message sent successfully for some destinations and recipients.

    • Failed—Message could not be sent to any destination or recipient.

  5. Select the Alert triggered date to view alert details, including:

    • Conditions that triggered the alert

    • Delivery status for each specific destination or recipient

    • All available data for the event

    • Message that was sent for the event
