Alert statuses

All alerts include a status that indicates the outcome of the alert. You can view the status of an alert on the Policies > Alerts page in the following ways:

  • Find the alert in the table and check the Status column for it. If the Status column doesn’t appear:

    1. Select the Add column icon at the top-right of the table.

    2. Select the checkbox next to the name of the column to add the column.

  • Select the Alert name in the table to view details of the alert. You can see the status of the alert next to its name on the Alert-name details page.

Description

Active

Indicates that the alert is enabled. Notifications are sent when the alert is triggered.

Inactive

Indicates that the alert is disabled. No notifications are sent.
