Resend the account setup email
You can resend the account setup email for standard and service users. This is useful when:
The user cannot locate the initial email.
The link in the email expires before the user sets up their account.
An administrator needs to reset a user's password. See: Reset your own password
To resend the email
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.
In the left navigation menu, select Access > Users.
On the Users page:
Locate the service user by their First name.
Hover over the name until the Resend account setup (✉) icon appears.
Select ✉ icon.
