Different credentials for each platform | One username, password, and 2FA |
Separate user management | Unified user management. Learn more |
If you use SSO to sign in
We’ll begin migrating CertCentral accounts that use single sign-on (SSO) starting October 20, 2025. All affected customers were notified on September 15, 2025 (at least 30 days before migration).
Importante
Your existing SSO configuration can’t be migrated automatically because of domain URL changes.
Migration procedure | When to select | What happens |
|---|---|---|
Standard migration (default) | You don’t have strict compliance requirements | All users' switch to username, password, and 2FA. After migration, an account admin can reconfigure SSO in DigiCert account. |
SSO-first setup (recommended for compliance) | You require uninterrupted SSO access | Support creates your DigiCert account and onboards one user to configure SSO. When SSO works, we help you link your existing accounts so that users in your account can transition to DigiCert account. |
Sugerencia
If SSO is critical for your organization, contact DigiCert Support before migration to discuss your best option.
If we don’t hear from you, we proceed with the standard migration.
