Disable your API token
Disabling an API token temporarily suspends its use without deleting it. This allows you to re-enable it later if needed.
It may be useful to you to disable an API token if:
The token is not needed right now but may be used later.
You are troubleshooting API access and need to test without deleting the token.
You suspect unauthorized use and want to pause access without permanent deletion.
Before you begin
Disabled tokens can be re-enabled, but API integrations will stop working immediately.
If your integrations rely on this token, replace it with a new one before disabling it to prevent service disruptions.
To disable your API token
In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > View my user details.
In the API keys section, find the key you want to disable.
Next to the key name, select more actions (⋮) > Disable.
