API multifactor authentication - A client certificate can now be created by users and used as a second factor when authenticating over API. The certificate auth menu is found under the Access section in Account Manager and the cert must be generated by the user account who will be using it.
Fixes
Fixed a bug where drop-down lists were not sorting alphabetically.
Squashed some other under-the-hood bugs.
