Resend the Update Your Account email

You can resend the Update Your Account email:

  • If the new administrator loses the email.

  • If the link in the email expires before the new administrator sets up their account.

  • If an administrator needs to reset their DigiCert ONE password.

Resend update account email

  1. In DigiCert ONE, in the Manager menu (top right), select Account.

  2. In the Account Manager menu, select Access > Administrators.

  3. On the Administrators page, in the First name column, select the administrator's name.

  4. On the Admin page, above the On this page menu on the right, select ellipsis > Resend account setup email.
