Delete and restore a device

If a device is no longer needed, you can delete it. Deleting a device removes it from the list of active devices on the Device management page.

Avis

Deleting a device's record does not affect the device that relies on it. The device can continue to use available endpoints and is updated if certificates are issued for it.

If you end up needing to use a deleted device again, you can restore it. After you restore a device, it will appear on the list of active devices on the Device management page.
