Get started with DigiCert ONE​​ Clients

The DigiCert ONE​​ Clients app provides the essential tools you need to interact with DigiCert ONE's trust solutions.

This guide walks you through downloading, installing, and setting up DigiCert ONE​​ Clients to efficiently manage your DigiCert ONE client tools.

Requirements for using the DigiCert ONE​​ Clients app

To use DigiCert ONE​​ Clients, your user profile must meet the following requirements:

If you’re using a version earlier than 1.1.0, your user profile must also have an Account Manager user role. This role is required for the app to retrieve account details, licensing information, and user permissions.

Step 1: Download the app

The process to download the DigiCert ONE​​ Clients app differs based on which DigiCert ONE manager you’re licensed to use. Follow this procedure based on the manager you have access to:

Step 2: Install the app

  1. Run the DigiCert ONE​​ Clients installer:

  2. In the setup wizard:

    1. Read DigiCert's Master Services Agreement, then select I agree.

    2. Select the installation scope:

      1. Anyone who uses this computer

      2. Only for myself

    3. Select the installation location or use the default path.

  3. Select Install.

  4. Optional: Select the checkbox Run DigiCert ONE Clients if you want to open the application immediately.

  5. Select Finish.

Step 3: Sign in to sync your profile

Sign in with your DigiCert ONE credentials to sync your profile and display your available client tools:

  1. Open DigiCert ONE​​ Clients.

  2. Provide your DigiCert ONE credentials.

    Astuce

    By default, DigiCert ONE​​ Clients displays the login page for (https://one.digicert.com).

    If your account is hosted in a different region and, or you have a demo account, refer to Switch DigiCert ONE environment guide before continuing with these steps.
