Reset subaccount licenses
Partners and enterprises often use subaccounts to manage licenses for different departments, teams, or customers. As the owner of a top-level account, you can set a new license quantity for a subaccount when license requirements change.
When you set a new license quantity, the selected service is updated to match the amount you specify. Any increase or decrease is automatically reflected in your top-level account. Before making changes, confirm that the new quantity aligns with the subaccount’s current needs.

To reset licenses
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
In the Managers () menu, select Account.
In the Account menu, go to Accounts.
Select the subaccount name.
In the Licenses section:
Select Edit (✎) next to the service that you want to update.
Identify the type of licenses that you want to change.
In the Update licenses column, enter the new license quantity.
Select the dropdown (˅) > Reset.
Select Update license.
