Legacy DigiCert Document Signing products
DigiCert replaced the legacy Document Signing products in CertCentral with updated versions on March 19, 2025. The legacy products — Document Signing - Individual (500/2000) and Document Signing - Organization (2000/5000) — are no longer available for new orders.

If you renew or reissue a legacy document signing certificate, CertCentral redirects you to request its replacement certificate instead.
The replacement mapping is as follows:

Reissues: When reissuing a legacy document signing certificate, CertCentral redirects you to request the replacement certificate. The new certificate has the same validity as the existing certificate and is issued at no charge.
Renewals: When renewing a legacy document signing certificate, CertCentral redirects you to request the replacement certificate instead.
