SAML: Resend the Create Your DigiCert Client Certificate email
If a SAML user deletes or loses the Create Your DigiCert Client Certificate email before generating their certificate, resend it from your CertCentral account.
Before you begin
You must be an administrator in your CertCentral account.
Have the SAML user's name and email address to locate the certificate order
Resend the email
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
Select the order number for the client certificate.
On the Order details page, under Certificate Details, in the Email Addresses section, select Resend Issuance Email.
Notice
Selecting Resend Issuance Email voids the previous link. The SAML user cannot use the old link to generate their client certificate.
The button label changes to Sent. DigiCert sends the SAML user a new Create Your DigiCert Client Certificate email with a new generation link.
