Sync certificate profiles

When you create new certificate profiles in DigiCert ONE, the system automatically syncs (imports) them into ServiceNow.

As you use, modify, add to, and improve the certificate profiles, you need to manually activate sync profiles so the new and changed profile data becomes available. Syncing, which requires an admin, takes the updated profiles from DigiCert ONE and populates them into ServiceNow for your use.

To sync profiles

  1. In DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager in ServiceNow, navigate to Certificate profiles.

  2. Select Sync profiles. If the Sync profiles button does not appear, you need the admin role. Contact your admin to request it.

  3. All the certificate profiles available in your organization’s account are now visible.

Nota

The API service user will import all the certificate profiles it can access in DigiCert ONE Trust Lifecycle Manager. To limit access to specific certificate profiles, you can bind the service user to those profiles in Trust Lifecycle Manager.
