Create credentials in bulk
Use this guide to create credentials in bulk for existing users in Content Trust Manager. Creating credentials in bulk can also help you renew multiple expiring credentials at the same time.
Before your begin
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A DigiCert ONE account with Content Trust Manager Client Admin (AS) role
Users must already exist in the account and have the CTM document signer role
Follow these steps to create credentials for multiple users:
Create credentials in bulk
In the Managers (
) menu, select Content Trust.In the Content Trust Manager menu, select Credentials > Bulk credentials.
On the Bulk credentials page, select Upload CSV file. Download sample CSV.
Enter these details:
Bulk credential request nickname: Enter a clear, descriptive name.
Product: Select the CertCentral product.
Upload a CSV file (Maximum file size: 4 MB) with user details. The file must include:
User ID
Nationality
Select Upload.
