Provide ACME directory and EAB values

Configure the ACME client with the following values generated in CertCentral:

  • The regional ACME directory URL

  • The External Account Binding (EAB) key identifier (KID)

  • The External Account Binding (EAB) HMAC key

The ACME client uses these values to authenticate certificate enrollment and lifecycle requests with CertCentral.

Confirm the following before configuring the client:

  • The directory URL matches the region where the CertCentral account is provisioned

  • The External Account Binding (EAB) key identifier and HMAC key correspond to the intended certificate profile

  • The credentials are associated with the correct division when divisions are enabled

Notice

Incorrect directory or EAB values prevent enrollment and lifecycle actions from completing. Verify all three values before initiating the first automation request.
