Change your language preference

Change your language preference to display the CertCentral interface in a supported language. This setting affects how information appears for your user account.

Before you begin

CertCentral supports the following languages:

Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Nederlands, Português, Русский, 简体中文, 繁體中文

Notice

  • When a language is supported, interface labels and menus update to the selected language and date, time, and regional formats adjust accordingly.

  • Untranslated content displays in English by default.

Update the language preference

  1. In CertCentral, open the "Your name" menu in the upper right corner of the page and select View my profile next to your name.

  2. On the Update profile page, locate the language setting.

  3. Select your preferred language.

  4. Select Update profile to save the changes.

The CertCentral interface updates immediately after saving. An email notification is sent in the selected language.

Set the language for email notifications

Notice

This setting only changes the language for your email notifications. It does not change the display language for your account or any other CertCentral user's account.

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Locate the Email notification language section.

  3. Select your preferred language.

  4. Select Save settings.

Troubleshoot language preference issues

If the interface language does not update as expected:

  • Refresh the browser after changing the language preference

  • Confirm that the selected language is supported

  • Contact DigiCert Support for assistance
