Resend the account setup email

You can resend the account setup email for standard and service users. This is useful when:

  • The user cannot locate the initial email.

  • The link in the email expires before the user sets up their account.

  • An administrator needs to reset a user's password. See: Reset your own password

To resend the email

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to the Manager menu icon (grid icon), select Account.

  3. In the left navigation menu, select Access > Users.

  4. On the Users page:

    1. Locate the service user by their First name.

    2. Hover over the name until the Resend account setup (✉) icon appears.

  5. Select ✉ icon.
