Use these instructions to add a user to CertCentral via CertCentral Enterprise, Parnter, and subscription accounts.

Add user
In CertCentral, in the left menu, go to Account > Users.
On the Users page, select Add user.
On the Add user page, in the User details section, enter the new user's information, including their first and last name, email address, phone number, and job title.
Phone number and job title are only required if the user needs to request EV certificates, such as EV TLS certificates.
In the User access section, assign the user a role and configure their division access if applicable.
Username
We recommend using the user's email address.
Restrict this user to specific divisions
Select this option if you want to restrict the role to specific divisions. See Unrestricted versus restricted.
This option only appears if you are using divisions in CertCentral.
User is restricted to the following divisions
In the menu, select the divisions to which the role is restricted.
This menu only appears if you select Restrict this user to specific divisions.
Role
Select a role for the new user: Administrator, Standard User, Finance Manager, or Manager.

Limit to placing and managing their own orders
To create a Limited User role, select Standard User and select this option.
When ready, select Add user.

The newly added user will receive an email with instructions for creating their account credentials (password and two-factor authentication), allowing them to sign in to their CertCentral account.
