Check event status

To check status details for a scheduled certificate automation event:

  1. From the main menu, select Inventory.

  2. From the dropdown at top, open the Load view menu. Load the Managed automation system view or one of your saved custom views of certificates under managed automation.

  3. Locate the desired certificate and select the Common name to view the details for it.

  4. In the Automation details section, select the eye icon to see the in-progress automation request details.

  5. Details for the scheduled automation event are shown in a separate panel on the right. Select the X button to close this panel.

Tips

  • If you want to receive email notifications about current and upcoming certificate lifecycle events, check notification settings. You can also adjust notifications for individual certificate profiles.

  • Use your account dashboard to monitor and launch pre-filtered views of automated certificates requiring attention.
