Enroll seats
Use the enroll seats function to request new certificates using enrollment codes for authentication.
Before you begin
You need at least one certificate profile in your account configured with the Enrollment Code authentication method.
Make sure you understand the various seat types and seat management functions and when they're used. To learn more about certificate enrollments, see Enrollments.
Enroll a seat
From the main menu, select Manage > Seats.
Hover the Seat ID for an available Organization, User, Device, or (non-automated) Server seat and select Enroll seat from the actions menu. Alternatively, select the Seat ID first to move to the details page and select Enroll seat from the actions menu there.
Select a certificate profile to use from the dropdown menu. Only profiles that use enrollment codes for authentication are shown. The certificate options for the profile you select get displayed so you can verify them.
Select Enroll to complete the certificate enrollment using the selected profile.
Enroll seats in bulk
You can create and enroll multiple seats at once from a CSV file. To learn more, see Create seats in bulk.
