Manage agents

Ways to manage

To manage your DigiCert® agents from the Discovery & automation tools > Agents page in DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager:

  • To manage a single agent, select actions from the rightmost table column. Or, open the agent and select the actions from the right of the details page.

  • To bulk manage multiple agents at once, select them in the table and then select a bulk action from the table header.

  • If there are agents with deployment/configuration issues or in need of manual approval, an Alerts section appears above the agents table. Select the shortcut links in this section to take appropriate follow-up actions.

You can also manage the agent service on the host system where it's installed, using the standard operating system tools there. See the Agent service name on the local host section for information about the name of the active agent service on different OSs.
