Manage pending and expired invitations
Track and manage the status of user invitations from Account > User Invitations.
Invitation statuses
Invitation sent: The invitation was emailed and is awaiting acceptance
Needs administrator approval: The user accepted the invitation and requires approval
Expired: The invitation is no longer valid
Invitation lifecycle
Event | Timeline |
|---|---|
Invitation expires if not accepted | 30 days after sent |
Accepted invitation expires if not approved | 60 days after creation |
Invitation record removed | 365 days after creation |
Notice
Resending an invitation does not reset the original expiration date. If an invitation has expired, send a new one.
Resend a pending invitation
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Account > User Invitations.
Locate the pending invitation.
Select Resend invitation.
