Set the language for CertCentral email notifications

CertCentral lets you set the language for CertCentral email notifications.

Before you begin

The Email notification language setting determines the language used for email notifications sent from CertCentral, such as the certificate issued email. This setting doesn’t change the display language for your account or another CertCentral user’s account.

For example, your display language is French. You select Spanish for your CertCentral email notifications because most of your users speak Spanish. Your display language remains French, but your CertCentral email notifications are in Spanish.

CertCentral supports these languages:

  • English

  • Chinese – Simplified

  • Chinese – Traditional

  • Dutch

  • French

  • German

  • Italian

  • Japanese

  • Korean

  • Portuguese

  • Russian

  • Spanish

Set the language for your CertCentral email notifications

  1. In CertCentral, in the left main menu, go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. On the Notifications page, under Email notification language, select your preferred language for CertCentral email notifications.

  3. Select Save settings.
