Cancel an authorized representatives delegation request
For Qualified Website Authentication Certificates (QWAC), QWAC PSD2, and PKIo Private Services Server certificates
You can cancel a pending delegation request if needed.
Cancel a delegation request
In CertCentral Europe, in the left menu, go to Account > Users or Account > Service Users.
On the Users or Service Users page, select the user or service user.
On the user or service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, find the pending delegation request.
Next to the name of the person or service user, select the "delete" icon (garbage can).
Selecting the "delete" icon immediately cancels the request. This action can’t be undone.
To restart the delegation process, submit a new delegation request for the user or service user. See Submit an authorized representative delegation request.
What’s next
When canceled, the authorized representative can no longer use the "Request to delegate authority for approving EU TLS orders" email to approve the request.
