Enable a service user

You can re-enable a disabled service user if needed. Once enabled, the service user regains functionality and access to its assigned roles and permissions.

To enable a service user

Tip

To perform this action, you must have a user role that contains the Manage users permission.

  1. In the Managers (grid icon) menu, select Account.

  2. In the Account menu, go to Access > Service User.

  3. On the Service users page:

    1. Locate the service user by its Friendly name.

    2. Hover over the friendly name until the More actions (⁝) icon appears.

  4. Select ⁝ > Enable.
