Update your username
You and all other users in your account can update their own username.
Tip
If you account is transitioned to DigiCert® account, our new single login experience, and your username exists in DigiCert® account, you may receive the following error:
Error
Unable to link user Another user exists with the same username.
Solution
Use the following instructions to change your username.
To update your username
Sign in to your DigiCert® account.
In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > View my user details.
Select the User details.
In the Username field, change your username.
Select Update User.
