Delete user

Deleting a user is a permanent action. Access to all DigiCert services will be revoked after deleting a user.

You can’t delete your own user account. To be removed from the system, ask your account administrator to delete your user profile using this procedure. If you don’t know who your account admin is, contact DigiCert Support.

To delete a user

  1. In DigiCert​​®​​ account, select the Access icon.

  2. On the All users tab, hover over the username of the user you want to delete.

  3. Select the icon > Delete user.

  4. In the confirmation pop-up, select Delete user.
