Disable or enable an alert
Turn an alert off if you want to temporarily or indefinitely suspend triggering the alert and sending notifications. The alert can be enabled again at any time.
Disable an alert
Sign into your DigiCert application and go to the alerts tool.
Trust Lifecyle Manager: Policies > Alerts
In your Alerts inventory, find the alert you want to disable.
Select the More actions menu (3 vertical dots) at the end of the row and select Disable.
Enable an alert
Sign into your DigiCert application and go to the alerts tool.

In your Alerts inventory, find the alert you want to enable.
Select the More actions menu (3 vertical dots) at the end of the row and select Enable.
