Add a Slack workspace to your delivery settings
Add the ability to send a message to a Slack workspace when an alert is triggered. You must have an existing Slack account and proper permissions to configure your Slack account with DigiCert services.
Add a Slack workspace to your alert delivery settings
Sign into your DigiCert application and go to the alerts tool.
Trust Lifecyle Manager: Policies > Alerts
Select the Delivery settings tab. The page shows available delivery methods.
Select the Slack tile. The page shows your configured Slack workspaces (if any).
Select Add. You are rerouted to the Slack domain to select or sign into the Slack workspace you want to add.
Important
Sign in with a Slack service account to avoid disruption of service that may occur with a standard user account.
Select the Workspace where you want to send alerts.
Select Allow. You are returned to your DigiCert application and the Slack workspace inventory. The selected workspace is now in the inventory and can be connected in your alerts.
