Add a webhook to your delivery settings
Add the ability to send a message to a webhook endpoint when an alert is triggered. You can then route and use the message within your environment based on your specific needs and policies.
Add a webhook endpoint to your alert delivery settings
Sign into your DigiCert application and go to the alerts tool.
Trust Lifecyle Manager: Policies > Alerts
Select the Delivery settings tab. The page shows available delivery methods.
Select the Webhooks tile. The page shows your configured webhooks (if any).
Select Add. The Add webhook form opens to the right.
Enter a friendly Name for this webhook.
Tip
The name should be descriptive and recognizable to admins who manage it.
Enter your webhook Endpoint URL. Make sure to include
https://and that the URL is accurate and accessible.Enter the Username and Password for the webhook endpoint. Make sure the credentials are accurate.
Select Add and verify. DigiCert sends a verification token to your endpoint URL.
Retrieve the verification token from your endpoint URL.

Didn't get a verification token?
Close the Verify token page.
Find the webhook you added and select the Edit (pencil) icon on the far right.
Check the Endpoint URL, Username, and Password for accuracy and update as needed.
Select Send verification token.
Check your webhook endpoint for the token.
Enter the Verification token and select Verify. The webhook is configured and can be connected in your alerts.
