Access Secure Site priority support
Secure Site certificates include priority support that is available in your CertCentral account. Priority support comes with two priority support queues so our support team can respond to your needs first: Order and validation status and Installation and configuration.
Before you begin
Order a Secure Site certificate.
Have the certificate's order number.
Priority support is tied to your Secure Site certificate order (pending and issued). You can access priority support from the certificate's Order # details page.
Access your priority support
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu,go to Certificates > Orders.
On the Orders page, in the Order # column of the Secure Site certificate, click its order number.
On the Order # details page, click Priority Support.

On the Priority Support page, use the priority support phone, email, or chat contact methods to get the help you need.
